Return to the office, or quit!

Across the world, workers are returning to their offices, but not so much in London.

According to Christian Ulbrich, boss of property firm JLL, the UK labour market is so competitive that workers want "pop star" treatment.

But the 'war for talent' seems to be a global occurrence, so we wonder why the UK labour force is more reluctant to return to the office?

Boris Johnson has been pushing for workers to return to the office, saying "I believe people are more productive, more energetic, more full of ideas, when they are surrounded by other people.''

And just last week Elon Musk said employees could ‘return to the office or quit’.
